Will and Tracy Rearick live in Orlando with their three children (William, James, and Elizabeth) and work with Destino at Cru's International Headquarters. Destino is Cru's ministry to and through Latino and Hispanic students. This audience is the fastest growing and in many places the largest segment of student population among high school and college students.

 The need is great but the challenge of sending Latino and Hispanic staff has been persistent. Our roles are supporting Destino staff across the country and addressing some of the biggest obstacles to sending these staff, including fundraising.  One of the ways we do this by journeying alongside our staff during this critical, lonely, and often desert experience in the hope and expectations that God would make it a place of springs and refreshment in their lives.

Jesus said, "The harvest is plentiful and the workers are few, therefore pray to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his fields." We're committed to these prayers and we see our role as helping to facilitate the rapid expansion of sending the laborers into the harvest as God answers these prayers.
