When we first joined Cru back in 2008, we never could have imagined the journey God would take us on. From East Asia—where students from atheist, Buddhist, and Muslim backgrounds met Jesus—to more than a decade at Ball State University leading a thriving movement that sent out 72 full-time missionaries to 18 nations, our passion has always been the same: helping students encounter Christ and live on mission for life.

Now, God has led us to Zagreb, Croatia, where we serve with our four kids to help lead Cru’s student ministry across the country. Building on the faithful work of local staff, we’re bringing fresh vision and momentum to reach the next generation of Croatian students. Most have never truly encountered Jesus. Together, we’re helping them discover Him, grow in faith, and become multiplying disciples who will shape families, workplaces, and communities across Europe.

Our dream is big: movements on every campus, in every city, across this beautiful and spiritually hungry country.
