I'm Ryan Janosko and I'm on staff with Cru at Ohio State. I'm passionate about helping student experience Christ at OSU, building them up in their faith through discipleship, and then sending them out to be Christ-centered laborers after they graduate. I also help give leadership to RealLife, the weekly gathering of students from around campus with Cru coming together in worship, biblical teaching, and community.

The Lord has also given me a passion for operations and helping events, trips, and conferences run smoothly for students and staff. Thus I spend some of my time serving on the Mission Trip Finance team which coaches and resources team leaders of Cru sponsored mission trips. Finally I also help direct the Indianapolis Winter Conference, a gathering of college students from around Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Missouri.
