The mission of Cru is to see lost students and faculty become lifelong, Christ-centered, multiplying disciples. Amy got involved in Cru in college and as a result God grew her heart for the lost and gave her a vision for how he could use her in ministry. 

She has served with Cru since 2009 in various regional and national leadership roles. She is currently preparing to move to Melbourne, Australia in Sept 2026 to serve with the national Cru ministry there (called "Power to Change"). 

Australia is an incredibly diverse country, allowing the ministry to reach various cultural groups and nations that would otherwise be hard to access. The country also has the opportunity to serve as a resource for the many island nations in the South Pacific, bringing stability and support to many Cru ministries on the islands.  

Amy will serve with the Australian Leadership Development and Operations teams, helping to identify, develop and mobilize local leaders to serve in key operational roles in the ministry, leading to a more stable infrastructure. We want to see local believers raised up to lead the ministry into the future.
