Coming into college in 2005 as a foster kid, I constantly dealt with bad views of what God and a loving family could look like.  Within the first month of being at college, a staff member from Cru shared the Gospel with me and showed me who God truly is and what it means to be part of his family. Over four years, I experienced so much that helped me grow in a personal relationship with Jesus, through learning foundational truths of following Jesus, how to communicate my faith, and sharing the Gospel around the USA and the world on trips! 

As my final year in college rolled around, I reflected on my time in college, thinking about how I grew in a deeper love and understanding of God through Cru. I felt strongly convicted about what I should do after graduation and how to help take part in a direct approach in reaching out to the spiritually lost students,  as I was reached out to.  This ultimately led me to immediately pursue full-time ministry work with  Cru after graduating from college in Maryland.   Over the years, I  have worked in Baltimore, at Cru's world headquarters in Orlando,  and in various parts of Northern California. In 2022, I started working with Cru’s Latino ministry, Destino, in Southern California!
