As I came into my future alma mater, Towson University, in 2005 as a foster kid, I constantly dealt with bad views of what God and what a loving family can look like.  I didn’t truly know Jesus until someone from Cru shared the Gospel with me and showed me who God truly is and what it means to be part of his family. As I was about to graduate years later, I reflected on my time in college, thinking about how I grew in a deeper love and understanding of God through Cru. I really wanted to help students who came after me at my school grow in their relationships with God similarly. This ultimately led me to want to work for Cru after graduating from college in Maryland in 2009! Over the years, I  have worked in Baltimore, at Cru's world headquarters in Orlando,  and in various parts of Northern California. In 2022, I started working with Cru’s Latino ministry, Destino, in Southern California!
