Rob joined staff with Cru after working in the commercial real estate industry of Portland, OR. After seeing lots of men use their wealth and influence for their own gain, God gave Rob a vision of reaching future leaders with the gospel in hopes that they would go on to use their time, treasures and talents to impact the world for Christ instead.

Kristen has enjoyed watching God change young people's lives while on staff with Cru, first at Oregon State University for three years, then at University of Idaho, and now at her alma mater, University of Oregon. She loves being a part of introducing students to Jesus and then helping them learn how to grow in that intimate relationship. She also has learned how to help students communicate and multiply their faith, so that every corner of campus and the world can experience the saving life of Christ.
