"When I first came to America the only thing I knew about Jesus was that Jesus was the 'god' that the Christians worshiped. I saw how my Christian friends acted, how they had a peace that I had never experienced and they said it was because of Jesus. The more I learned about Jesus the more I wanted to follow Him. I didn't know how my family would react since I am from a Hindu background but I knew that Jesus was the one true God and I believed, and no matter the cost I wanted to follow him." -Danny, South Asia
Arizona State University has about 13,000 international students from 157 different countries. Around 6,000 are from South Asia. This region is considered one of the most unreached for the Gospel in the world. However God working among South Asians like never before. At ASU we have seen many decided to follow Jesus and many more who are in the process of learning more. A constant theme I hear from those who are new believers or seekers are they are attracted to Christianity because Christians are loving and different than everyone else.
