     After serving as Kansas Area Directors with Crown Financial Ministries for seven years we then served at Cru's FamilyLife for 10 years.  In June 202 we joined Cru City to serve in the the role of co-Ministry Partner Development Directors.  Because of our unique background in budget coaching and stewardship, we serve over 800 staff in the area of finances.  We help them raise their initial support, stay fully funded throughout their years of service, and also train and equip them to be good stewards of their finances.  When missionaries are fully funded, they are able to devote their full attention to ministry, to stay on assignment longer, and if married, to have healthier marriages.  We get a kick out of seeing people make financial progress.  Since we're not on the frontlines, we often explain our roles like this:  We are a part of the body like the back of the knee--not as noticed, but still important to help the body move forward! 

     We married in 1983 after meeting in college and currently reside in Springdale, AR.   We have four kids and five grandkids and love spending time with them.  We also enjoy K-State sports, our church, IndyCar, and all kinds of food!
