Brian trusted Christ at a young age but fell away from the Lord as he fell more in love with the stereotypical college lifestyle.  Alyssa also decided to follow Jesus as a child, but as she wrestled with depression in college, turned from her true Savior to broken relationships.  Both of us encountered God afresh at Ohio State through Cru staff members and student leaders during that critical period of intellectual, emotional and spiritual formation in our lives.

We have now served for 12 years--one in Slovenia and the past 11 at Ohio State--as full-time campus missionaries with Cru.  Our calling is to help win students on North Campus and in Greek Life to Christ, build them up in the faith, and send them out to do the same.  Brian also serves as the Development Coordinator for Cru Ohio State, working to raise up a team of ministry partners who will fully fund our movement's vision to help transform Ohio State into a pipeline of Christ-centered laborers to reach every people group in the world through every vocation imaginable.
