Since joining the staff of Cru in 2012 after college, I have served most of my years in the Campus Ministry, planning conferences and events for college students and Cru staff members.  God used these events to bring people into a relationship with Jesus, to train students how to share their faith, to develop our staff into influential leaders, and to inspire and encourage our world wide body of staff and volunteers with the vision of seeing everyone have the opportunity to hear about Jesus.

In Fall of 2019, I joined the leadership of the Global Advancement team focusing my efforts on the four strategic priorities of our global scope (reaching students, reaching leaders, planting churches, and digital ministry).  As my team removes barriers, ignites kingdom builders, instills vision, and shares stories of life transformation through our ministries, we hope to see more and more believers involved in advancing the Great Commission and thus millions of people coming to know Jesus in every people group around the world!
