The campus can be a place where the Gospel is often times proclaimed no louder than a whisper in the midst of so many other social pressures and worldviews. We love working with college students and we have a vision to not only see Jesus proclaimed among students in Colorado, but also to equip and mobilize them to go to all corners of the earth to share the life changing effects of the Gospel.
Sarah and I are so excited to be serving with Lifelines Outdoors, a branch of Cru (Campus Crusade for Christ). After serving in Boulder, CO and Cape Town, SA we feel so blessed by the ministry opportunities God has given us and called us to. We are eager to continue pursuing college students around the world and seeing their lives changed with the good news of the gospel. For years both Sarah and I have paired our passion for the outdoors with our ministry through Cru. We now lead the Rocky Mountain regional team through Lifelines Outdoors.
Lifelines is a branch of Cru that is focused on reaching the darker places of campus by offering free outdoor and recreational activities to students, clubs, sports teams, etc. and using the outdoors as a platform to share about Christ. We have seen Lifelines have a huge impact at the University of Colorado in Boulder and we are so excited to be leading a team that so clearly cares to reach college students and see true life transformation! We love serving in a regional capacity and getting to see how God is moving on the college campuses throughout the Mountain West as we serve the University of Colorado, Colorado State, the University of Northern Colorado, Colorado School of Mines, Denver University, CU Colorado Spring, CSU Pueblo, as well as school outside of Colorado like the University of Kansas and the New Mexico State University!
