Jesus changed my life in college.  I (Jon) grew up learning about His death and resurrection, but that truth never took root in my heart until my sophomore year at West Chester University. Everything changed.  God's grace brought me back to life and rescued me from the hopeless life I was living apart from Christ.  

It was through the ministry of Cru that I surrendered my life to Christ and grew in my faith as a young man. Knowing that God wanted to use me to help introduce other young men to the gospel,  I was challenged to join staff and accepted. The idea of being able to invest in students' lives and see them come to faith in Christ like I had in college was very exciting to me.  It is an honor to be on staff with this ministry.

My wife Amanda and I were married in 2014 and we have four amazing children, Quinn, Molly, Halle, and JP.  We live next to the busiest hub for student activity on West Chester's campus, and believe that God placed us here to share the hope of Christ with as many West Chester and Cheyney University students as possible.
