Russel & Joelle Aching live in Trinidad & Tobago, they are both professionals in design and marketing and they owned and operated an Advertising Agency together. The early years of marriage were filled with conflict. They were on the brink of divorce when they attended a Weekend to Remember Marriage Conference. The principles they learnt at the conference transformed their marriage so much, that they began to volunteer with FamilyLife Trinidad & Tobago and are now the National Team Leaders. They have 3 children and they are devoted to “changing the world one home at a time”.  

Our passion is to help as many couples as possible move from isolation to oneness and then from oneness to impact. 

FamilyLife  T&T exists to help families grow together and impact their corner of the world. Our mission is to effectively develop godly families who change the world one home at a time. Our vision is that every home would be a godly home.

We believe family is the greatest untapped resource for bringing good to the world.
