Hello from the Taylor's!

Thank you so much for taking the time to hear from us. Lori and I have the privilege of being on staff with the US ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ, Cru. This organization has such a heart to share Christ with the world and it is a blessing to be serving with them! ​

STUDENTS TODAY FACE MANY CHALLENGES: There is tremendous competition for the minds and hearts of people worldwide. 67% of the world live in the 10/40 Window (4.4billion people). The 10/40 Window is an area that covers from Africa to Asia and from 10degrees north and 40 degrees north latitude. ”There are over 3.6 billion unreachedpeople in the world today. Of those 3.6 billion people, 88% live in the 10/40 window.(The Traveling Team)” Only 3% of missionaries today are working in the 10/40 Window.            

THAILAND: Our family is working in Thailand. 95% of Thailand is Buddhist and filled with an abundance of temples, idols, and spirit houses. Thai people are trying to earn merit for better lives and a good afterlife. Only 1% of Thailand is Christian, meaning most Thai people spend their entire lives and their eternities separated from God. Most Thai have never had a chance to hear the Gospel or to choose Jesus. A common expression in Thailand is “To be Thai is to be Buddhist!”

BUT GOD: In the face of these competitive forces, God is bringing an increasing number of students into a relationship with Himself. We are trusting God to reach the 150 million college students of the world with the message of Christ.
