God uses conferences to change lives, and it's a true joy to lead the Conference and Events Finance Team where I get to be part of the work God is doing to build his Kingdom. Each year, the Campus Ministry of Cru hosts over 100 conferences for tens of thousands of students and staff across the country. These events exist to give those who attend a place to be refreshed and challenged and to grow in their relationships with the Lord and with one another. In order for these conferences to run smoothly and be meaningful for staff and students, a great deal of work is necessary behind the scenes. I find it so life-giving to use the skills God has given me to put processes in place so that students and staff have a place to come to be renewed in their faith in the Lord and grow alongside one another.
