The tiny nation of Montenegro lies on the Adriatic coast, opposite Italy.

Once part of former communist Yugoslavia, this young country as of 2006 has
a long Orthodox heritage, with a growing Muslim minority. Some Montenegrins have genuine faith but many are Christian in name only— still in need of understanding and responding to the Good News of Jesus Christ.

With only around 100 evangelical believers in a handful of churches, Cru Montenegro seeks to introduce Montenegrins from all backgrounds to a living relationship with Jesus through the church, initiative evangelism, bible studies, and community outreach.
