We are Pal & Ueda Hila, serving with Cru in Albania. We were born and raised in Albania where opportunities to hear the Gospel before the fall of Communism in 1991 were next to none.

Pal comes from a Catholic background and he came to Christ during his first year in college 2010. He studied for Forests Engineering and seeing the deep spiritual needs in our country and beyond, He decided to join the staff of Cru and serve full-time with university students in 2014.

Ueda comes from a Muslim background and she came to know Christ during her second year in Collage. She studied Textile Engineering and during her time as a student, she got involved with campus ministry. She graduated in 2016, and seeing the deep spiritual need also and touched by Mathew 9:35-38, she decided to join Cru staff full time in Albania.

We married July 2018 after so many challenges with Ueda's family because of religion.
