Hi- We’re James and Jenna!

We live in a sport culture where athletes have a huge influence on people, kids look up to them and want to be like them, and we put them on a pedestal that comes with pressure to perform well. This causes athletes to have extremely high expectations for themselves and they can end up putting their worth completely in their athletic
success. James and I are passionate about the lives of these athletes and we are preparing for our calling to serve God through an organization called “Athletes in Action”. 

Athletes in Action is a worldwide organization committed to making an eternal difference in people’s lives and strives to see Christ-followers on every team, in every sport, in every nation by using the platform of sports so that everyone can know someone who truly follows Jesus!

Our Role: We have been accepted to join the basketball staff and will be based at the headquarters in Xenia, Ohio. We feel incredibly blessed that God has called both of us to serve together in a ministry that involves our passion for sports and it gives us the chance to relate to athletes who know life as competing and performing their sport and to show them that God has a much bigger plan for them and purpose. If they win or lose, they are still loved!

Our Vision: To see athletes come to Christ, build a solid foundation and proclaim the Lord to all influenced by their sport's platform.

Would you consider joining us in reaching the world for Christ through athletes? We must find a team of monthly ministry partners who would give $100 or some other amount. As soon as this team is complete we can report to the headquarters in Xenia, Ohio!

It is such a joy to know we can’t do ministry alone and that faithful Christ followers such as yourself are enabling us to fulfill the call God has on our lives to spend all of our time reaching others for Christ through this life changing ministry!
