For nearly a decade, God allowed us to invest our lives in reaching and discipling student-athletes across the Twin Cities through Athletes in Action. During that time, we saw firsthand how the gospel transforms lives and multiplies through faithful discipleship. Now, as our own family has grown — with three energetic boys, Rockwell (6), Redford (4), and Rhodes (1) — the Lord has expanded our vision. He has moved in our hearts to reach families with the gospel and help them experience the same life-changing discipleship that shaped our lives and marriage.

We now serve with FamilyLife, a ministry that exists to help families grow together and impact other families in their corner of the world. God has given us a vision to see multigenerational, godly families who change the world one home at a time. Tyler serves as Director of Networks, helping build structures that empower families across the country to multiply godly homes and make disciples. Shayne serves as a Field Leader here in the Twin Cities, walking alongside families to equip and encourage them to live out the gospel in their homes and communities. We believe that family is one of God’s greatest assets for good in the world — and through your partnership, we can help strengthen and mobilize families everywhere for the mission of Jesus.
