Thank you for considering me as a partner in ministry!

In college, I was extremely active as a student leader and served as the president of the "BhamCru" student organization for two years. I met my husband, Micah, through Cru as well as some of my closest friends. When I was a junior, I found myself praying for God to send more staff to help our leaders at UAB when I graduated. The answer that I got was clear and instant: "Michele, I am sending you to answer your prayer." 

After nearly a decade of serving Christ with Cru at UAB, God is still calling me to answer our Savior's ancient prayer: "to send laborers into His harvest field" by training new staff as a Ministry Partner Development Coach.

All Cru missionaries begin by securing funding for their ministry. A period of time is spend building a supportive network of families, churches, and individuals to pray for and give financially to their ministry monthly or annually. 

My role as a coach is to oversee new staff’s initial Biblical training, help them set and meet their funding goals, serve as their primary spiritual mentor while they are away from their usual staff team, and help them build healthy habits and relationships with their ministry partners that will keep them in the field longer.

This position is fully remote, so I will be serving from my home in Birmingham, Alabama while raising up missionaries to serve in one of the most under-staffed areas of our country: the west coast. 

Before I can start my new assignment, I need to cover a gap in my own funding. I'm looking for faithful individuals and churches to partner with me financially in ministry.  I must find a team of ministry partners who would give $100 monthly, or some other amount, to support my ministry. When that team is complete, I can report to training and start coaching my first batch of new staff! Will you join me and make a difference in reaching the world for Christ through training and equipping missionaries?

We are not meant to do ministry alone. Come alongside me to bring the gospel to west coast and the world!
