Serving college students through reaching the lost and building up a new generation of Christian leaders from all over the world is a calling both Eston and I are excited to take part in. Eston first joined staff with Cru in the summer of 2014 where he spent a year in Australia. After that year he came back and joined the Sioux Empire team. We got engaged in April 2016 and married a year later. While Eston was serving on the team Anya had a job in banking. Anya always knew God wanted her to serve Him in ministry but right after we got married it wasn’t the right time. About two years later God started opening her eyes and softening her heart preparing Anya to serve Him. Anya joined staff on January 2020 and we can’t wait to see what the Lord has for both of us. We are excited to serve on the Sioux Empire team with an amazing group of people. We are passionate about leading the international student ministry, building international students up in faith to go back and reach their family and friends in their home countries. Thank you for your love and prayers! We appreciate all of your support. Here are a few ways you can pray for us and the ministry of Cru in the Sioux Empire region of the U.S.A:
- Pray for Boldness in our witness as I will be sharing my faith daily alongside Students, to reach those who have not yet began a relationship with Christ.
- Pray for wisdom as we disciple and mentor key student leaders, helping them grow and take steps of faith on campus.
- Pray for the many students in the Sioux Empire who do not know Christ, think also of the many international students who have not yet heard the Gospel presented clearly. Many of them will return to countries largely unreached by the Gospel after graduation.
