Greetings from Ukraine!

Before February 24, our family was serving God among students in Kyiv, capital of Ukraine.

After the full-scale invasion, we evacuated to Ivano-Frankivsk, and on March 1, Alyona and Noah (our son) moved first to Macedonia and then to Germany.

After that, I stayed to help in Ivano-Frankivsk at a local church, and then with friends from different SLM teams we tried to start a student ministry to refugees.

In the summer of 2022, I returned to Kyiv for a short time and participated in the humanitarian aid project "The Four Boxes" or "yellow boxes".

In the fall, I returned to Ivano-Frankivsk and became part of the new SLM team. In the last 6 years, I have not seen such a blessed two semesters that God has given us in ministry here. 

There is a lot of fruit and grace in serving God even during the war.

Unfortunately, Alyona and Noah are still abroad, and this separation is quite difficult for us, both in the everyday sense and mentally. We pray and work for the glorification of God and victory.

Our story:

God found us through CRU student ministry when we both were atheists.  He transformed us with His love and called us to help students, just as lost as we once were. We decided to give our lives to help people find the Way, the Truth, and the Life.

We are grateful to God for the opportunity to know Him through serving Him and being His employees. We love taking care of the students and having long intellectual and emotional conversations with our future young brothers and sisters in Christ (who don't know it yet) :)

Please pray for this ministry. And for an early victory. And for it to be safe for Alyona and Noah to return to Ukraine. Thank you for your prayer support!
