I, Tim Sutyak, graduated from the University of Illinois in 2016 with a degree in Electrical Engineering. During my time there I was struck by the amount of darkness that was on the campus. There were, and still are, many students who did not know Jesus. The students would either worship their beer or their grades with no sense of real satisfaction in sight. The students would rather disengage and hide from the real issues of life rather than talking about it and engaging it. After seeing the deep brokenness of the University of Illinois I decided to join staff with Cru. I will be working at the University of Illinois reaching students with the Gospel of Christ and helping to point students back to Jesus. I am very excited to reach students with the Gospel!
