These potential LIFE partners are eager to join arms but need to be trained and equipped. In order to help LeaderImpact staff and volunteers form a vision to transform their city for Christ, they must first be trained in the critical elements of leading a ministry among city leaders and those in their early steps of faith. These materials and training products will then be made available in locally relevant ways, specifically within digital support, to keep the ministry in tune with local media habits, e-learning, apps, and online connections.

Most LeaderImpact staff and volunteers around the globe have the first three, but are lacking the training curriculum and coaching development. This training will launch a consistent and simple leadership structure with transferable processes able to utilize a variety of products or materials so that it can be easily adapted to local culture.   Through building a training curriculum and developing it with LeaderImpact staff and volunteers throughout each city, there will be growing communities of trained leaders who would multiply the ministry locally and to other cities. By adequately training and resourcing LeaderImpact staff and volunteers, they will have a kingdom influence on their city. This training will teach LIFE partners to leave a legacy of kingdom influence on their city.
