I (Haley) count myself blessed to have the opportunity to serve the Lord and Cru staff as the ministry partner development coordinator for the west coast. Our vision is that all staff would be fully funded, financially faithful, and fully engaged in the mission. Specifically, I dream of a day where staff on the west coast from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds will thrive in their roles, feel supported, and be able to focus their energy on the gospel task at hand.  Simply put, my prayer and vision is for more laborers to be sent into the harvest 

Luke 10:2 “And He said to them “The harvest is plentiful but the laborers are few. Therefore, pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.”
