AIA PRO NFL CHAPLAIN FOR JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS 

Maurice and Reulonda Williams are new to Athletes in Action (the sports ministry division of Cru), but no stranger to the work or the community AIA serves. Maurice first started serving with Athletes in Action after becoming an affiliate of their ministry in 2016. Since then he has had the opportunity to serve in several pro ministry events and outreaches. He has served at the Senior Bowl Outreach in Mobile Alabama, and has been apart of sharing with other NFL teams in their pre-game chapels, and Bible studies. This upcoming season, Maurice and Reulonda Williams will take over duties for Anthony  and Shelley Johnson who have faithfully served the Jacksonville Jaguars for well over 14 years in Jacksonville, FL. They have experienced the life-changing evidence of the Athletes in Action ministry through chaplains such as Anthony Johnson, and Bruce Dishnow (University of Michigan). AJ and  Shelley  consistently encouraged them to lead and host Bible studies,  to grow in their faith, and to fulfill the great commission. Now, they have a great opportunity to serve the next generation of athletes, coaches, wives, and the community of Jacksonville with the grace of God. Maurice and Reulonda truly believe the Lord has prepared them for this work, and your giving will strengthen their efforts in Jacksonville.
