Shelley Crawford Chen serves with New Zealand Cru, which is called Tandem Ministries. She serves in ministry partner development, training and equipping new staff to build their ministry partner team to get to the field and coaching staff to be effective and thrive on the field. Kiwi missionaries serve all over New Zealand and also in Central Asia.
