God's heart is for the multitudes from every tribe, tongue and nation. I believe if we are not involved in global missions, then we are missing out on what God is doing! Our mandate and commission are to go out and take the Gospel to the very ends of the earth.
I have the special opportunity to do just that at Arizona State University, where the very ends of the earth are coming here as international students. Our ministry, Bridges International seeks to reach international students with the Gospel during their formative college years. We are reaching students who have come to ASU for their bachelors, masters and PhDs. This is a highly strategic mission field that will become a highly strategic mission force!
Every year, over 1,000,000 international students leave their home countries to study in the U.S. 60% of these students come from regions that actively suppress the Church and persecute Christians. Arizona State University is the largest public university in the United States with an overwhelming student population that exceeds 100,000! Roughly 20% of these students are international representing over 136 different countries.
I would love to have you partner with me in taking the Gospel to one of the most strategic places anywhere-the world at our doorstep right here at ASU. So much is at stake. So much is downstream of the university. Together we can see God do amazing things, in a tough place. I am trusting the Lord to provide some financial needs for our ministry.
