Hello! 

I am so glad you are here and considering a partnership with me in ministry through Cru.  I am currently serving on two teams with two very different roles with Cru and would love to highlight a bit about each of those roles here.  

I have recently accepted the role as a Ministry Partner Development (MPD) Coach for New Staff joining Cru and Senior Staff needing to raise support. I love this job already, shepherding staff and discipling them to Christ. While New Staff are raising their financial support it can be a very trying time. I get to walk through that season with them to help equip and inspire laborers to be Christ centered, fully funded, and financially faithful. 

Additionally, I am serving on the University of Oklahoma campus team.  Yes, this Oklahoma State University alum is spending time in Norman...but for great reason...to share the hope of Christ with college students at OU.  Our team focuses on equipping student leaders to reach their peers, while training them to share their faith, disciple younger students, lead Bible studies in strategic places around campus and grow in their own relationship with the Lord.  I love interacting with students, walking with them as they continue to trust the Lord in their lives and seeing students surrender their lives to Christ!

Through these role, myself and my partners get to have an influence for the kingdom in the U.S. and overseas as I am a coach for various staff as well as seeing disciples raised up right here in Oklahoma!  Thank you for considering joining with me!
