Welcome to my personal giving page!
My name is Caitlin and I have the honor of serving with Athletes in Action at the University of Minnesota. I am excited to share with you about the work God is doing in the athletic department at the U of M, and hope you would join me in praying for this movement.
During my time as a rower I had a number of teammates who were involved in campus ministries. In my last year of grad school at the U the Lord worked through these teammates and other student-athletes to call me to himself. It was through the relationships with these women that I was introduced to the concept of discipleship. I learned what it meant to walk with the Lord, to find my identity in Him and not in my performance or abilities, and to share this newfound freedom with others around me.
Today, I could not be more excited about our mission to make disciples of Jesus Christ amongst the next generation of nearly 750 student-athletes at the U of M.
I am overjoyed that God has chosen to use you, and myself, as proclaimers of His Great Gospel. Whether you have already trusted the Lord by joining me as a financial partner, are considering giving, or are joining me in the vital work of praying for this ministry, know that the Lord is using, and wants to use you to advance His Kingdom and fulfill His purposes here and now.
Like many other missionary organizations, AIA staff members have the responsibility to develop a team of financial partners who provide the necessary finances for their outreach, including their salary and ministry related expenses. In order to report back to the University of Minnesota I will need to be fully funded, so I’m asking friends and family to prayerfully consider partnering with me financially in monthly amounts or one time gifts! Your partnership in prayer and in finances can make a difference in reaching people for Christ. Would you make a monthly commitment of $100 or some other amount significant to you?
