Dan and Diana live in Orlando with their twin girls  (Sophia and Olivia) and work with Destino at Cru's International Headquarters. Destino is Cru's ministry to and through Latino and Hispanic students. This audience is the fastest growing and in many places the largest segment of student population among high school and college students. The need to is great but the challenge of sending Latino and Hispanic staff has been persistent. Diana's role is supporting Destino staff across the country, and is addressing some of the biggest obstacles to sending these staff.
