In Luke 10:2, Jesus says to his disciples, "The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few.  Therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest."  If you become a ministry partner, you are not only enabling more laborers but becoming a laborer yourself! Here's the Reality: There are roughly 500,000 college students across South Florida and 30,000 specifically at FAU. Of those students, roughly 1% are connected to an on-campus, gospel movement leaving many students without a Christ-centered community or a gospel influence in their lives.  On the other hand, in the past three years we have seen our large-group weekly meeting at FAU grow from 20 students to over a 100 and our mission trip sending grow from 5 students to 18.  When considering these facts, it is clear that there are significant needs to be addressed as well as huge opportunities to capitalize on in the power of the Holy Spirit.

How do we plan on accomplishing that?  Cru uses a strategy that we have coined "Win, Build, Send."  Win: Head out onto these campuses and share with students what it means to have a personal relationship with Jesus.  Build: Spiritually invest in the lives of young adults, teaching them to dive deep into the truth and grace of God and to clearly share their faith in humility and boldness.  Send: Commission our students to Win and Build where they live, work, play, and beyond!  Win people to Jesus, Build them up in their faith, and Send them out to multiply their faith locally and globally.
