Helping families pursue what matters most

FamilyLife is Cru’s marriage and family ministry. Our vision is that every home would be a godly home, and our mission is to effectively develop godly families who change the world one home at a time. In a world of broken relationships, we want to help families pursue what matters most - their relationships with Jesus and with others.

Connecting laborers to the harvest

The Mobilization team helps provide a ministry’s most important resource - people! We come alongside people who are interested in serving with FamilyLife, sharing with them about the ministry and walking alongside them as they discern if this is where God is calling them. If it is, then we get to send them into ministry, where they can reach their neighborhoods, help transform marriages, and bring God’s restorative love to families.

Andrew: Global Operations - Leading with Information

Andrew serves on the global Leading With Information team, providing Cru leaders around the world the information they need to make better ministry decisions and steward the staff and resources they have been entrusted with.

The Kusters: A Marriage on Mission

God has given us a love for working with operations and for caring for people. He’s also given us opportunities to steward that so that we can help bring his kingdom to the whole world! Whether with campus, operations, or family ministry, the goal is the same: giving everyone a chance to know Jesus and helping them grow in their relationship with him so that they can go out and spread the good news.
