Where will God get the biggest bang for the Annie buck? 

The only answer that fits that question is Athletes In Action. This is where all of my talents, values, and passions can combine to on the AIA Staff Care Team.

As members of the AIA Staff Care team, we help staff navigate difficult situations like untangling team/departmental dysfunctions and walk with staff when dealing with personal loss, tragedy, or trauma or have transgressed the AIA/Cru personal conduct policy. We offer expertise and resourcing in key areas of mental health and sexual wholeness/brokenness (including LGBTQ and trauma competency).
