Thank you for taking the time to read about my ministry with Cru!

My name is Victoria "Tiki" Gonzalez and I serve as a Team Leader with Cru in Orange County, Southern California. I am passionate about raising up and empowering the next generation of diverse, Spirit-led leaders to be life-long followers of Jesus who will make lasting impacts on the world and be part of fulfilling the Great Commission in innovative ways in their campuses, workplaces, and communities. My team and I work on 4 universities in Orange County: University of California, Irvine; Whittier College; California State University, Fullerton; and Chapman University. Our desire is to put the gospel within arm's reach of every single student, faculty and staff on each of these 4 campuses, as well as every single one of the 280,000 university students in Orange County. 

My role as a Team Leader entails walking in the power of the Holy Spirit to mobilize staff to effectively reach each campus, raise up young ministry leaders who will multiply their faith and leadership, and develop resources needed to accomplish our mission in Orange County. I am confident that God is doing something powerful in this generation of college students! It is an honor to be able to take part in the work that God is already doing in the hearts and lives of college students in Orange County. But it is not possible for me to do this work alone. I am trusting the Lord to raise up a community of people who can partner with my ministry through prayer and financial support so that I can be part of the work the Lord has called me to.
