WHO WE ARE
Bridges International is a caring community of Christ-followers committed to serve, promote social connections and engage in spiritual conversations with international students so that students can grow socially and spiritually.

From touring the city, visiting the zoo or shopping at an international food store to weekly community group discussions about the Bible, we have activities for international students to get connected on campus.

Bridges is about connecting with the diverse cultures of international students at NKU through practical service, social connections, spiritual exploration, and student leadership.

WHAT WE DO
SERVICE
We know that arriving in a new country can be overwhelming for international students. We love to help ease this transition. We also hope to give students an opportunity to serve others in the community.

SOCIAL CONNECTIONS
When international students arrive in Kentucky they have left their family and friends behind. Bridges provides a loving community - a place to make true, lasting friendships with people from all over the globe.

SPIRITUAL CONVERSATIONS
Being in the U.S. offers the freedom to explore questions they might have about life and God. We believe that everyone's perspective is important, so Bridges provides a safe space to share, listen, and explore thought-provoking topics with other students about God, faith, and their relevance to our lives. We want to build bridges of trust that can bear the weight of the Truth.

STUDENT LEADERSHIP
Bridges at NKU intends to provide opportunities for them to grow in leadership. That might mean helping to plan an outing, an international dinner, or facilitating a spiritual discussion group.
