Hi! Thanks for visiting my page! I'm a first year intern at Georgia Southern and I'm super excited to serve as a campus missionary!

32% of Gen Z teens follow Jesus. Yet, 70% of them will walk away from their faith in college. While 62-72% of Christians come to know Christ between the ages of 4 and 14, only about 5% come to faith during the college years. This makes college a critical window, where many students are not only drifting away but also missing the opportunity to truly know Jesus. 

I am serving with Cru because I have seen this play out. Students who were once passionate about their faith often lose that fire when the temptations and business of college set in. At the same time, I have also seen God moving powerfully on campus, with students gathering, seeking truth, and desiring something more. They are hungry, but they need guidance, discipleship, and a place to grow in a lasting way. I feel called to step into this gap and invest in students during one of the most important seasons of their lives. College students will go on to influence workplaces, families, and communities, so reaching them now has a ripple effect far beyond campus. 

Through Cru’s mission to help students know Christ, grow in their faith, and go out to share the Gospel, I want to be part of equipping them to carry their faith into the world.
