The ICan Program for teens

In the city’s areas of acute need comes a job prep program for teens developed by the High School ministry of Cru and established churches and ministries in the city’s neighborhoods where youth have few to no options.  The pilot launch program is at Urban Ventures, a 27 year South Minneapolis anchor for youth development.

Here, students will 

• Earn monetary incentives while learning #Earn_to_Learn_Learn_to_Earn
• Gain Employment Skills in prep for the workplace
  • Hard Skills (Resume Creation, Interview Practice, etc)
  • Soft Skills (Character Development and Self Awareness, etc)
  • Self Confidence (Through Practice)
• Know and Grow in Christ
  • Who am I?  Discover your real identity!
  • Come to Faith, Trust, Grow in Faith
  • Bible, Prayer, Christian Teachers/Mentors/Coaches
• Sit down for a home cooked meal together.

What can I do?

•  Sponsor a teen for 16 sessions $418.30 per student [give button]
• Volunteer at a session
