Right now, there are 65 million refugees worldwide. Ibrahim is just one of them.

One morning, in war-torn Syria, Ibrahim* went out to get bread for his two daughters. He was shot twice, ended up in a refugee camp, and his life has never been the same. Cru staff report:

“The living conditions in the camp were terrible so they escaped from the camp and went to live in a city where they found an apartment. He noticed how Christians were helping them and started questioning his own faith. He turned to Jesus and his whole family accepted Christ. They love Jesus very much and you can see the joy of Jesus on his face as he tells how much Jesus loves him.”

They love Jesus very much . . . God is doing amazing things as Christians reach out to refugees with Hope Kits and the gospel! He is impacting generations as entire families learn what it means to truly follow Jesus!

But the work is far from over. So many refugees, both Christian and non-Christian, are still suffering, still pleading for help. They have little food. No chairs, no beds. No jobs, because most host nations forbid refugee employment. No income. Nowhere else to go.

These men and women need to know that God has not forgotten them. They need help for today and hope for tomorrow — exactly what Hope Kits deliver. Each is filled with things like:
