Every summer, hundreds of thousands of closed nation travelers like Aamir journey to and from Europe via ferries crossing the Mediterranean Sea. The lines to board these ferries are often incredibly long, leaving those who are waiting in their cars eager for something to do.

This is when Cru teams pray, smile, and tap on windows. In the freedom of Europe’s ports, they openly deliver evangelism gift packs that each include God’s Word and other resources such as:

• Apologetics books like More than a Carpenter
• Evangelistic children’s books
• A film about the life of Jesus
• When appropriate, a digital drive with many more resources.
• Cru’s contact information for recipients to ask further questions and begin follow-up.

Each pack is translated into the heart languages of North Africa and the Middle East, is designed to reach entire families, and costs just $5!

Over the past years, it has been amazing to see how multitudes of families eagerly seize the moment to finally get answers and dare to carry them into their closed homelands.

Cru staff are requesting 100,000 evangelism packs to reach 100,000 closed nation families this summer. But in order to have the materials ready for the busy travel season, we must print, sort, package, and ship the evangelism tools within the next 8-12 weeks.
