GAiN: Victims of Cyclone Idai Need Help and Hope

#0969978 - UNTO: Emergency Relief

Help meet people at their point of need when emergencies arise.

Cyclone Idai devastated parts of Mozambique, Zimbabwe, and Malawi. United Nations officials say it could be the worst weather-related disaster to ever hit the Southern Hemisphere.

Hundreds are dead and more than 400,000 people are now without homes in Mozambique alone. With numbers this staggeringly high, it is easy to lose hope that things will ever get better.

But there is hope.
