In many closed nations, women are desperate to escape horrific violence, rape and abuse. They are coming to Cru missionaries for help. Your gift today will help save their lives and introduce them to the Prince of Peace!
Right now, Cru staff serving in the Middle East, North Africa and beyond are reaching out to desperate women to offer both immediate help and hope for eternity.
To some of the most vulnerable women in the world, they provide safe shelter, food, clothing, skills training, legal help, Christian counseling and more … and share the gospel. Women are responding to the Good News with incredible excitement and with zeal to tell others! A Cru staff leader reports:
“You cannot make them silent … They are reaching out to [people of the dominant religion], refugees … They are seeing people coming to the Lord. You know, this is God's work. You can never make them stop because the joy of the Lord is in their heart and they believe. They want everyone to know.”
The fruit of this ministry is incredible! But more help is critically needed to sustain and grow this outreach. In the words of one Cru missionary, “We're seeing so many women and there are so many needs.”
That’s why your help today is so important. Many of these women are fleeing horrific situations with absolutely nothing, so anything you give today will be a tremendous blessing to them. $35 covers the cost of bedding. $50 covers food for an entire month! $100 is enough provide save shelter for a month.
