In a culture where dark, oppressive and violent voodoo practices thrive, God is shining His light in the darkness.
God does work in mysterious ways. When voodoo priests instigated violent riots in an oppressed West Africa village where our StoryRunners were sharing Jesus – one of our staff members was injured.
But God used the incident to bring the voodoo priests and our workers together, where they learned about Jesus and forgiveness.
When you partner with StoryRunners, God is using your gifts to penetrate areas that many consider dangerous and unreachable. But with God, we are seeing victory! Whether it’s bringing light to areas enslaved by voodoo, or areas where there is little or no literacy, your helps StoryRunners train dozens of indigenous people tell Jesus’ story to their own people in their own heart language.
God is blessing this work in ways even we didn’t know were possible – but with your gifts and His power – the light of the gospel is overcoming.
