Winter storms have severely hit Texas, while more potentially deadly storms are hitting parts of the east coast, hard.

But for America’s homeless — exposed to the elements, without shelter or even a pair of gloves to keep warm — these storms could all-too-easily be deadly.

And now, because of COVID-19, many shelters can’t take in more people, even during these deadly freezes.

1. Warm gloves,
2. A protective hat and socks,

4. A thick blanket, and
