- Warm gloves, socks, a knit stocking cap, and a scarf.
- A thick blanket to keep out the icy night.
- A comb, toothbrush/toothpaste, soap, razors, shaving cream, and other basics.
- Most importantly, the Gospel of John and a clear presentation of the plan of salvation.
