Plant churches among those who have yet to hear God’s story

In one extremely rural village in Ethiopia, residents have been passing knowledge to the next generation through storytelling for centuries. When a young Christian named W* helped produce Bible stories in his language at a 2023 School of Storying, he realized how effective this strategy would be. He started to host small gatherings telling the stories in this village, and in a short period of time, he planted three new churches! There are around 390 new believers total, prompting residents to start building makeshift shelters for their churches to meet and discuss Bible stories.
