Ten years ago, when Mahavir* brought his Bible to a village, a relative tried to attack him with an ax. After learning Bible stories in the Homa* language in October with StoryRunners, he doesn’t need to bring a physical Bible with him when he shares the gospel. “When I bring the Bible to a Homa village, the Homa people don’t receive me … Now I have the story in my mind, in my heart – so I can go to a Homa village without the Bible,” said Mahavir.
