Here's Life Inner City Expansion

The needs of the poor in this country are pressing. There has been no "official end of recession" in the inner city.

So it's very important for Here's Life Inner City to launch boldly the ministry of this New Year. God has planted in our hearts a dynamic vision for 2011 -- and my prayer is that you will be a part of it:

  • We are launching into Boston, where the needs of the poor are severe. It takes about $22,500 to launch a full-time Here's Life Inner City ministry operation in a new city.
  • We're establishing a new warehouse in New York City, ideally located to provide food and goods for use by key local partners in their hands-on ministry to the needy.
  • We're expanding our Twin Cities warehouse and support spaces to better serve at both the local and national levels.
  • We're developing a National Training Center to equip S.A.Y. Yes! directors, youth leaders, and volunteers across the country to lead Box of Love, Homeless Care Kit, and other evangelistic outreaches while increasing our discipleship efforts.

In other words, our commitment is to empower more of the Body of Christ than ever before to reach and minister to the poor.
