Cru at the University of Toledo is committed to giving every high school and college student and faculty member in the greater Toledo area the opportunity to hear and respond to the gospel of Jesus Christ, to grow in their newfound faith and to be sent into the harvest of lost souls.
God is on the move through Cru at the University of Toledo. The Holy Spirit is changing the lives of our students and moving us into exciting new areas of ministry with lost students, fraternities and sororities, African American students, and International students.
We have been placed in a unique and strategic position to help fulfill the Great Commission by reaching students. High school and college students are the lawyers, doctors, nurses, engineers and political leaders of our future. If we can reach them for Christ today, they can be the world changers of tomorrow. These students will be your neighbors, co-workers, health care providers, community influencers and church volunteers. We have a chance to shape the future of Toledo, Ohio, our nation and the world through their influence.
Our ministry is active in sharing the gospel in the dorms and throughout campus. We regularly see the lost come to Christ at UT. We help students grow in their faith and relationship with Christ through campus Bible studies, retreats and conferences. We actively send students to the lost through fall and winter outreaches and during spring and summer break mission trips.
