On staff since July 1st, 1994. From 1996 til 2011 with Athletes in Action. From 2011 till October 1st, 2022 Zbyszek was Mt28 (CCC Poland) country leader. Now is building men's ministry(4M). Married Kasia in 1990, have 4 kids: Natalia, Marek, Ania and Emilia.

Vision for 4M ministry:

- to see one milion men at Extreme Character Challenge

- to see 100 volunteers till the end of 2024

- to see men living for God and serving others
